At first, I would experience rated this laptop 5 star. Extended fine, easily upgradable, sleek, etc. Afterwards a few months of using, I commenced getting lockups. Now they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I essayed contacting technical abide – less intelligence there than a cable companionship tech digest line. In fact, the appendage is “send us the laptop and we will send you a repaired laptop”. Last time I did that (a different electronics device) I Toshiba Satellite L755-S5350 received back a device that was intelligibly used, abused, and in worse condition. My succeeding purchase will be a Dell.
